The 32-year-old singer, (whose real name is Stacy Ann Ferguson), posed for the saucy shots for Japanese firm Peach John.
As well as balancing her singing career, modelling and business ventures, Fergie is also planning her upcoming wedding.
Transformers star Josh Duhamel proposed to her just before Christmas after three years of dating.
